United Airlines Introduces App to Replace Hotel Vouchers
When a traveler’s flight is impacted by any irregular operations not related to weather, the airline will send a text message or email to the customer directing them to the app, Hotel Hub. On the app, customers will be able to browse through and select from a list of available hotels and also obtain meal vouchers.
United will begin a pilot program for the app in select cities before rolling out to 46 additional cities early next year!
